Update:  Monday, September 25th –

We will have a slight detour on our trip Friday 29th to Hendersonville. Some of you possibly are familiar with the TV show, “ What’s in the Barn” starring Dale Walksler owner of WHEELS THROUGH TIME  a motorcycle museum in Maggie Valley NC. We are going to visit this museum where they call themselves a museum that runs, all the motorcycles on display are runners. Admission is 15 dollars and seniors are 12.00 Should be fun.

Make plans to attend the 18th annual Autumn in the Mountains car show in Hendersonville N.C. This is hosted by the British Car Club of Western North Carolina and is a very nice event in a beautiful setting. The date of the show is September 30th and I propose we caravan up Friday 29th and return Sunday Oct 1st. The Host hotel is Mountain Inn and Suites at 828-692-7772. Please visit www.autumninthemountains.org for details and registration form.

We as a club used to attend this show in great numbers and I guess we changed direction. Maybe it is time to return to this show as the hosts are very gracious and miss our presence.

We are working on details for a caravan, so stay tuned.
