Greetings to friends of Highlands Motoring Festival. After the very successful 2023 festival, we are pleased to announce the preliminary plans for 2024. More detailed information and registration will be available on our website starting in early January 2024. As in recent years, the selection of classic cars for Saturday’s “Cars in the Park” will be through an application process. Prior to the public notification, past participants will receive an email notice about when early registration will open for paid events and application for invitation to enter classic vehicles. For 2024, we will be featuring pre-war classics. We anticipate three groupings of these cars- pre-WWI brass era cars, pre-WWII European classics, and pre-WWII American classics. We are shooting for 20-24 of these classics which will join sixty to seventy other pre-1990 cars falling into our traditional classes. Mr. Bill Warner will be…
