For this drive, we’ll start at the Dawsonville iHop and end up at the Alpine Bakery/Crabapple, Alpharetta.  While the drive is 74 miles in total, you can count on at least 35 turns.  As you can image, we’ll start out pretty rural, if you include going by a nudist colony, and then end up in suburban Alpharetta.  We did this drive back in 2017 and I think you will find it to be the challenge it was back then.

·  8:00-9:00 am:  Breakfast at the iHop located at 4117 Dawson Forest Rd E, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

·  9:00–9:30 am:  Tire kicking, photo ops, and storytelling, then wheels up at 9:30 am.

·  10:30 am:  Bio break at the Barrettsville Food Store located at 2237 Kelly Bridge Rd, Dawsonville, GA 30534.

·  10:50-noon:  Proceed to Alpine Bakery at 12315 Crabapple Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30004.

As for the return route, you can follow me back another way to the Cumming area or head out on your own.
