In need of an OEM Type 16PB brake caliper

Hello my friends,

I am in need of a OEM Type 16PB brake caliper for the right side. As long as it is repairable I'm good with that. I have a 71 TR6. The left side has a replaced caliper that is a Type 16PB. I discovered that the right side is the old style Type 16 that is basically melted. Any help would be great.

My name is Randy Gibson. I live in Smyrna. My number is 770-363-0339. Email: gibber283@gmail.com

Thanks!

Randy, try posting in our GTA facebook group. This forum gets little use. We are transitioning to a different format in June.

Restored 59 TR3 overheating in stop-and-go traffic Removing the bonnet is not in my wheelhouse so would love a recommendation.

Thanks for the response. Complete engine rebuild and radiator. Crank hole radiator and old four-blade fan still present Gauges were rebuilt, too. Tempature is running between 185 and 230 sometimes hotter at a long light. I don't really have the ability to tackle the job so I am probably in need of a person or a shop that could do the job for me.

Helping Hand

Hi all... Please forgive ..... FIrst post here

Wondering if there was any experts out in the area that would be willing to travel approx 2 hours to service checkup on a 1961 TR3

Little Backstory ... My father had a TR3 in college in 1960 and had to give it up due to financial reasons. All i heard about growing up, since I can remember, was how much he loved and missed that car. 2 Years ago I decided to search for one .

Took a year but I found one and gave it to him for his 80th birthday.
