TR6 Door Margins - HELP!

I recently renovated/repaired my driver side window hardware and seals. Even got the window back in the tracks and all the fasteners on the rubber seals.

Somehow the margins got messed up during this process. The door sticks out (a little farther on the bottom) and doesn't close as tightly as it used to.

I don't see any alignment instructions in my manuals and haven't found anything with general internet searches.

Can anyone provide some guidance or point me to a good reference on how to properly adjust and align doors?

Thank you!

Thanks. I did not replace those seals yet but I’ll make sure there isn’t something else in the way. I did not remove the door hinges so not sure what made it get out of alignment is there any minor adjustment that could be made in strikes or hinges or should it all just come together correctly?
